I don't know where in the US you live, but they are very common in nurseries as well as the big boxes in Fl. One is called Amplex 727-572-4546. They would be able to help you.

Are you looking for Jatropha Curcas seedlings? I get mine from
www.codisco-inc.com.
They are 8-10 inches each and in individual grow bags. USA grown too, so no import tax and paperwork.
Minimum order is 500 (or more) seedlings, and they deliver!
