i already do my research on the medium, hormones, and other aspects in order to start my jatropha curcas tissue culture work. but i am stuck in the process of acclimatization of the jatropha curcas in the nursery. i want to know what is the important aspect/process for acclimatization so that i can grow the jatropha curcas in large amount successfully... please help me regarding this....i will very grateful to you...........please...if you have any information about culturing jatropha curcas, please let me know...
