It is not yet standardized or reported. You may contact Indian institute of Advanced Research, Ahemadabad or NCL, Pune

You have to standardise it by doing an experiment using shoot tip culture in liquid media with 25 % MS and GA and BAP. The PPM of GA and BAP may be taken from 0.5 to 2 in all 4 combinations and trap the right results.
