It's really a question of your current net worth and if you have exhausted other more conventional investment instruments.Do you have several hundred thousand in domestic stocks?  Several hundred thousand in foreign stocks?Unless your net worth is in the millions, you have no business being in speculative business ventures of this nature.  Small fish are easily fried and have little recourse because they don't have the resouces to go afte anyone.
